Works great, but there should have been a note about not being able to use one straight section. I had to buy more straight sections to reach the ridge. Not ideal.

Good product. Works very as intended, meaning it cuts snow easily and brings it off the roof. Its cumbersome with 30+ feet of length but readily handled at 15 to 20 feet of length. Works easier than a snow rake by far. I added 2" wheels to the plastic shoes and this kept the cutter from pulling up heating cables. Also put anti-skid tape on one of the lengths for better grip. I deducted 1 star because there was some hardware missing,and even though quickly replaced, quality must be right the first time.

Par contre sur une rallonge de 20 pieds. On perd une longueur et il faut refaire des trous et rajouté un tigre intérieur sur la dernière rallonge avec des bolts .
